Booking Amendments, Cancellations and Lateness
- If you need to amend your booking, please contact us up to one working day before your appointment date to re-schedule.
- To cancel a booking, please call us on 023 8064 7180. Your cancellation must be received at least one working day prior to your appointment. Cancellations made outside this time may be subject to a £10 late cancellation fee.
- It is very important that you arrive in good time for your MOT. We run a tight appointment schedule and therefore we can only allow a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals.
